Section 326(3)

In section 244 (specified information: considerations relevant to disclosure)— in subsection (2), for “information whose disclosure the authority thinks is contrary to the public interest” substitute “sensitive information”; in subsection (3), for the words after “(so far as practicable)” to the end of paragraph (b) substitute “any commercial information or private information”.
