In section 59 of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprises) Act 2004 (information), in subsection (6)— for “section 243(6)” substitute “section 243F(2) and (3)”; for “(overseas disclosures)” substitute “(relevant considerations relating to overseas disclosures)”.
