Section 32(5)

Where the CMA makes an interim enforcement order in relation to an undertaking without complying with subsection (3), the CMA must, as soon as reasonably practicable, give the undertaking a notice including— the reasons for the CMA’s decision to make the interim enforcement order without complying with subsection (3), and the period within which the undertaking may make representations in relation to the interim enforcement order (see subsection (7)).
