Section 332(7)

A person’s proper address is (if subsection (6)(a) does not apply)— in the case of a body corporate, its registered or principal office; in the case of a partnership, the principal office of the partnership; in the case of a firm that is not a body corporate or a partnership, the principal office of the firm; in a case where none of paragraphs (a) to (c) apply, any address at which the CMA or other enforcer giving the notice believes, on reasonable grounds, that the notice will come to the attention of the person.
