Section 37

The CMA must keep under review— the appropriateness of a commitment or releasing an undertaking from a commitment, the extent to which an undertaking which has given a commitment is complying with it, and the appropriateness of taking further action in accordance with Chapter 7 (enforcement and appeals) in respect of an undertaking which does not comply with a commitment which it has given.
