Section 48(2)

The PCI investigation notice must state— the reasonable grounds mentioned in section 47(1); the purpose and scope of the PCI investigation; the period by the end of which the CMA must give the undertaking a notice setting out its decision as a result of the investigation (see section 50(1)); the circumstances in which that period may be extended (see section 104).
