If the CMA considers that an individual (“X”) has information relevant to a digital markets investigation, the CMA may give a notice to X requiring X to answer questions with respect to any matter relevant to that digital markets investigation— at a place or in a manner (which may be remote) specified in the notice, and either at a time specified in the notice or on receipt of the notice.
