Section 74(2)

No investigating officer is to enter any premises in the exercise of their powers under this section unless they have given to the occupier of the premises a notice which— gives at least two working days’ notice of the intended entry, describes the subject matter and purpose of the breach investigation, and includes information about the possible consequences of not complying with the notice.
