Section 77(6)

In section 65 (meaning of “legal privilege”), after subsection (3A) insert— In relation to property which has been seized in exercise, or purported exercise, of— references in this Part to an item subject to legal privilege are to be read as references to a privileged communication within the meaning of section 81 (privileged communications) of that Act. the power of seizure conferred by section 75(2) of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, or so much of any power of seizure conferred by section 50 as is exercisable by reference to that power,
