Section 78

An application for a warrant under section 75 must be made— in the case of an application to the court, in accordance with rules of court; in the case of an application to the Tribunal, in accordance with Tribunal rules. In Schedule 4 to EA 2002 (tribunal: procedure), in paragraph 10A, in sub-paragraph (1), after “the 1998 Act” insert “or section 75 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024”.
