Section 80(6)

For the purposes of this section, relevant information is information which the person knows or suspects is or would be— relevant to the investigation mentioned in subsection (2), (3), (4) or (5), as the case may be, used by an undertaking to produce the compliance report, or relevant to the provision of assistance to the overseas regulator.
