Section 93(1)

A person (“P”) commits an offence if, having been required to give information to the CMA or any other person under a provision of Chapter 6, P— intentionally or recklessly destroys or otherwise disposes of it, falsifies it or conceals it, or causes or permits its destruction, disposal, falsification or concealment.
