Section 98

A person guilty of an offence under section 93, 94 or 95 is liable— on summary conviction in England and Wales, to a fine; on summary conviction in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both.
