Schedule 11, paragraph 18

In section 124(5) (data protection and journalism code), in the definition of “good practice in the processing of personal data for the purposes of journalism”— in paragraph (a), omit “, including compliance with the requirements of the data protection legislation”, and after paragraph (b) insert— and includes compliance with the requirements of the data protection legislation;
