Schedule 11, paragraph 19

Section 125 (approval of codes of practice prepared by the Commissioner) is amended as follows. Omit subsection (2). In subsection (8), after “any” insert “whole days that fall within a”. In subsection (9), for “subsections (2) and (5)” substitute “subsection (5)”.
