Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 10(3)

After subsection (1) insert— In subsection (1) the “appropriate registration officer” means— in the case of a live-birth, the Registrar General, a superintendent registrar or a registrar; in the case of a still-birth— the Registrar General, or a registrar acting at the time of the registration of the still-birth or with the consent of the Registrar General.
