Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraph 10(4)

In subsection (2)— for the words from “the records and registers” to “may be” substitute “the register in which the entry relating to the birth is made, or, in the case of the Registrar General, from the records in the Registrar General’s custody”; for “any such records or registers” substitute “any register of births or in any such records”.
