Section 19(4)

The regulations must require the relevant person— to publish the report setting out the findings of the first review of the Part 1 provision before the end of the period of 5 years beginning with the day on which the provision comes into force, and to publish reports setting out the findings of subsequent reviews at intervals of not more than 5 years.
