Section 19(5)

The regulations must require that, in carrying out a review, the relevant person must consider whether the Part 1 provision remains appropriate, having regard to (among other things)— the objectives it is intended to achieve, and to the extent that it is part of data regulations, the matters to which the relevant person was required to have regard in deciding whether to make the provision (see sections 2(5) and 4(5)).
