Section 42(1)

Where a person is registered in the DVS register in respect of digital verification services, subsection (2) applies if the person— asks for the register to be amended so that the person is no longer registered in respect of one or more of those services, ceases to provide one or more of those services (but not all of them), or no longer holds a certificate from an accredited conformity assessment body certifying that all of those services are provided in accordance with the DVS trust framework.
