Section 42(2)

The Secretary of State must amend the register to record that the person is no longer registered in respect of (as the case may be)— the service or services mentioned in a request described in subsection (1)(a), the service or services which the person has ceased to provide, or the service or services for which there is no longer a certificate as described in subsection (1)(c).
