Section 29(7)

A person guilty of an offence under sub-paragraph (3)(c) shall be liable— on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or a fine, or both.
