Section 29(8)

A person guilty of an offence under any of the sub-paragraphs of paragraph (3) not falling within paragraphs (6) or (7) above, shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment— if the offence is under sub-paragraph (3)(e), to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine or both; if the offence is not one to which the preceding sub-paragraph applies, to a fine.
