Section 35(1)

In paragraphs 2(2) and 3(2) of the Schedule to the Electronic Communications (Universal Service) Order 2003 , for the words “Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999” there shall be substituted “ Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 ”.
