Section 35(2)

The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 · United Kingdom

Paragraph (1) shall have effect notwithstanding the provisions of section 65 of the Communications Act 2003 (which provides for the modification of the Universal Service Order made under that section).
