Section 6A(1)

The Secretary of State may by regulations made by statutory instrument— amend these Regulations— by adding an exception to the prohibition in regulation 6(1), or by omitting or varying an exception to that prohibition, and make consequential, supplementary, incidental, transitional, transitory or saving provision, including provision amending these Regulations.
