Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 16

In section 108 (exclusion of right: qualifying period of employment) in subsection (3) cases where no qualifying period of employment is required) omit “or” at the end of paragraph (p) and after paragraph (q) insert— or paragraph (1) of regulation 17 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 applies.
