Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 8

The Employment Tribunals Act 1996 is amended as follows— In section 18(1) (cases where conciliation provisions apply)— at the end of the paragraph inserted by regulation 33 of the European Public Limited- Liability Company (Employee Involvement) (Great Britain) Regulations 2009 , omit “or”, and after paragraph (w), insert— , or arising out of a contravention, or alleged contravention of regulation 5, 12, 13 or 17(2) of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010. In section 21 (jurisdiction of the Employment Appeal Tribunal) in subsection (1) (which specifies the proceedings and claims to which the section applies)— at the end of paragraph (w), omit “or”, and after paragraph (x), insert— , or the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
