Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 36

In Schedule 1, paragraph 1— omit the “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (2)(b); and after sub-paragraph (2)(c) add— the number of agency workers working temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the SCE or any subsidiary, in each EEA State; the parts of the undertaking or any establishment in which those agency workers are working; and the type of work those agency workers are carrying out.
