Schedule 2, Part 2, paragraph 49

In regulation 5, paragraph (2)— omit the “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (b); and after sub-paragraph (c) insert— the number of agency workers working temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the undertaking; the parts of the undertaking in which those agency workers are working; and the type of work those agency workers are carrying out.
