In Part 2 of Schedule 1— in paragraph 1 of Section 5.1 of Chapter 5— in the definition of “hazardous waste”, for “Article 4”, substitute “ Article 13 ”, in the definition of “waste”, for “Article 1(1)(a)”, substitute “ Article 3(1) ”; in paragraph (c) of Part A(1) of Section 5.3 and in paragraph 3 following that Part of that Section, for each occurrence of “Annex IIA”, substitute “ Annex I ”; in paragraph 3 following Part A(1) of Section 5.4, for “Annex IIB”, substitute “ Annex II ”.
