In Schedule 2— omit paragraph 2(3); in paragraph 3(1)(c), for “Article 4(1)” substitute “ Article 13 ”; in paragraph 14— in sub-paragraph (3)(a), after “keep”, insert “ chronological ”, for sub-paragraph (4)(a), substitute— retain any records that it is required to keep under sub-paragraph (3) for a period of— 3 years, if the operation involves the treatment of hazardous waste; otherwise 2 years;
