Section 16(1)

In this Part— “the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 ; “the 2004 Act” means the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 ; “the 2008 Act” means the Planning Act 2008 ; “the 2024 Act” means the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024; “infrastructure consent” means the consent required by section 19 of the 2024 Act; “local planning authority” has the same meaning as in 1990 Act; “mineral planning authority” has the same meaning as in section 1 of the 1990 Act ; “planning permission” has the meaning given in section 336 of the 1990 Act .
