Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 13

In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Merger Fees and Determination of Turnover ) Order 2003 — at the end of the definition of “credit institution” insert “ as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC ”; and at the end of the definition of “financial institution” insert “ as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC ”.
