Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 14

In regulation 25(1) of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 , in the definition of “credit institution”— for “Article 4(1)(a)” substitute “ Article 4(1) ”; and after “business of credit institutions” insert “ (as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC) ”.
