Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 17

In article 2(1) of the Building Societies Act 1986 (Modification of the Lending Limit and Funding Limit Calculations) Order 2004 , in the definition of “credit institution”— omit “the first sub-paragraph of”; and for “as amended” substitute “ as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC ”.
