Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 18

In regulation 1 of the Pension Protection Fund (Entry Rules) Regulations 2005 , at the end insert— Until 30th April 2011, amendments made to Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council by Directive 2009/110/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council shall be disregarded for the purposes of the definition of “EEA credit institution” in paragraph (3).
