Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 7

The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 is amended as follows— in article 2(1), after the definition of “director” insert— “electronic money institution” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the Electronic Money Regulations 2011; in article 3(g), in the table, at the end insert— omit the word “or” before sub-paragraph (xii) of article 4(d) and after that sub-paragraph insert— to refuse an application for registration as an authorised electronic money institution or a small electronic money institution under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011, or to vary or cancel such registration (or to refuse to vary or cancel such registration) or to impose a requirement under regulation 7 of those Regulations,
