Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 8

In regulation 2(1) of the Financial Markets and Insolvency (Settlement Finality) Regulations 1999 in the definition of “credit institution”— for “Article 4(1)(a)” substitute “ Article 4(1) ”; and after “business of credit institutions” insert “ (as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC) ”.
