Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 9

In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Competition Act 1998 (Small Agreements and Conduct of Minor Significance) Regulations 2000 — in the definition of “credit institution”— for “Article 4(1)(a)” substitute “ Article 4(1) ”; and at the end insert “ as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC ”; and in the definition of “financial institution” at the end insert “ as last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC ”.
