Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 7

In section 55Z2 (notification of EBA) — at the end of subsection (1)(a) omit “or”; at the end of subsection (1)(b), insert “ and the reasons for the cancellation; or ”; after subsection (1)(b) insert— the giving by it of a Part 4A permission to a credit institution whose head office is not in an EEA State.
