Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 8

After section 55Z2 insert— A regulator must notify the European Commission and the European Banking Committee established by European Commission Decision 2004/10/EC of any authorisation granted for the purposes of the capital requirements directive to a credit institution whose head office is not in an EEA State.
