Schedule 4, paragraph 1

In section 6 of the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971 (interpretation) , for subsection (3) substitute— Nothing in section 3 or 3B affects the rights of any consumer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
