In regulation 4 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (Disclosure of Information) Order 2012 (prescribed enactments for disclosure of information) — omit “the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000”; at the appropriate place insert “ the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, so far as they apply to distance contracts; ”.
