Section 11(1)

If the conditions in paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) are met, regulation 10(1) does not apply to an off-premises contract where— the contract is a service contract, the consumer has explicitly requested the trader to supply the service for the purpose of carrying out repairs or maintenance, the obligations of the trader and the consumer under the contract are to be performed immediately, and the payment to be made by the consumer is not more than £170.
