The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 · United Kingdom
If the trader makes a telephone call to the consumer with a view to concluding a distance contract, the trader must, at the beginning of the conversation with the consumer, disclose— the trader's identity, where applicable, the identity of the person on whose behalf the trader makes the call, and the commercial purpose of the call.
