Section 45(1)

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 · United Kingdom

An enforcement authority may apply for an injunction, or in Scotland an interdict or order of specific implement, against any person who appears to the authority to be responsible for a contravention of these Regulations.
