The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 · United Kingdom
An enforcement authority must notify the CMA— of any undertaking given to it by or on behalf of any person who appears to it to be responsible for a contravention of these Regulations; of the outcome of any application made by it under regulation 45, and of the terms of any undertaking given to the court or of any order made by the court; of the outcome of any application made by it to enforce a previous order of the court.
