Schedule 1A, paragraph 11(4)

Article 5 is to be read as if— “Member States shall ensure that”, in each place it occurs, were omitted; in paragraph 1, for “is” there were substituted “ must be ”; in paragraph 2, in the first sentence, for “is” there were substituted “ must be ”; in paragraph 3, for “displays” there were substituted “ must display ”.
