Schedule 1A, paragraph 6(31)

Annex 4 is to be read as if— in point 1(b), for the words from “consultations” to the end there were substituted “ a consultation in accordance with paragraph 10(2A)(a) of Schedule 5 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; in point 2— in point (a) “or authorities” were omitted; in point (b), for “Directive 2003/4/EC” there were substituted “ the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 ”; in point 5, for “Member States” there were substituted “ appropriate authority ”.
